What We Need
We need you to provide:
The headshot/promotional photo/logo that you use as your profile photo on social media (we will use this as the visual base for your branding package)
A minimum of one additional promotional photo/logo variation that we can incorporate into your designs
A brief questionnaire to provide your contact information and to help us understand your needs, preferences, and style
Please upload your photos/logo to your preferred file sharing service (e.g. Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer). When you add the branding package to your cart in our shop, you’ll be prompted to fill out the questionnaire and provide a link to your shared files.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to already have a logo?
Not at all! If you don’t have a logo, we’ll use your photo as the equivalent in your branded elements. If you’re interested in a logo, definitely check out our logo design services.
How many photos should I share with you?
We ask that you share at least two photos/image files: your headshot/promotional photo/logo that you use as your profile photo on social media and one additional promotional photo/logo variation. If you have more available, feel free to share a few more of your favorites! We love having a variety of visual material to work with and inspire us!
What if I need more than two rounds of revisions?
Two rounds of edits are included free of charge in your branding package. If you require more revisions, we can happily do so at the rate of $50/hour. Before we do the work, we’ll give you an estimate of how long we think it will take us.
How will I know how to use all of these files?
Every branding package includes a guide to using your new branded elements. We’ll give you some tricks and tips to help you share your digital makeover with the world as quickly as possible!
How will you get all the files to me?
We’ll use the same file sharing platform that you used to share your photos/logo to deliver your new branded elements. The one exception is the HTML email signature, which is always developed in and shared from Google Docs.
Can you update my files in the future?
Absolutely! We keep all of your original design files and can go back in and make whatever adjustments you need as your brand evolves for $50/hour. Before we do the work, we’ll give you an estimate of how long we think it will take us.
