Completed services are non-refundable.

If you purchase a service and cancel within 24 hours of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

If a service is purchased and cancelled after 24 hours of purchase, you are no longer entitled to a full refund. We will refund relative to the amount of work that has already been done to fulfill the service, calculated on a case-by-case basis. Any work completed at that point towards the service remains the property of Tanya Roberts Creative.

Availability, errors and inaccuracies

We are constantly updating and evaluating our site, but errors may occur. We cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, and reserve the right to change our information at any time without prior notice.

We reserve the right to revise our prices at any time prior to accepting an order.
