Let’s transform your best moments into an expertly curated two-minute video that tells your story and takes your audience on a journey through the land of you.
Whether your audience is made up of casting directors or devoted fans, your demo reel will take them on a trip through your best moments. You provide the clips, and we’ll expertly arrange and finesse them to tell your unique story.

What We Need
We need you to provide:
10-15 video clips
A headshot or promotional photo
Your professional name and title, contact information, union affiliations (if applicable), your intended audience, and any special requests
Please upload your video clips and photo to your preferred file sharing service (e.g. Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer). When you add this item to your cart, you’ll be prompted to fill out a form asking for the information above as well as a link to your shared files.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many clips do you need?
We ask that you provide around 10-15 clips. In a two-minute reel, we typically use around 9-12 clips. More are always welcome! We love being able to choose your best of the best!
How long should my clips be?
Your clips should be at least 10 seconds each, but no more than a few minutes long. We usually use around 10-20 seconds of each clip. There is no need for you to trim the clips to the exact length - we’ll use our best judgement to decide on the moments that make you shine the brightest and work the best alongside the other clips.
What if I need more than one round of revisions?
Your demo reel package includes one round of edits free of charge. If you would like to make additional edits, we can absolutely do so at the rate of $50/hour.
Do you need a certain video file type?
Not at all! We can work with any video file type. We only ask that you provide the highest quality video available to you.
How do I get my clips to you?
The best way to get your clips (and your photo) to us is by using a file sharing service (e.g. Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer). Once you’ve selected your clips, upload them to your preferred platform, and share them with troberts@tanyarobertscreative.com. You’ll also be prompted at checkout to provide a share link to the files.
How do you get the final reel to me?
We’ll use the same file sharing platform that you used to share your clips to deliver your new reel.
How long does it take to get my reel?
Once we’ve received your files and payment, we’ll have a draft of your reel ready for you in 5 to 7 days. You’ll have a chance to review it and request any edits. Depending on how much editing is required, we’ll have a final version ready for you in 24 to 48 hours after receiving your requests.
Can you update my reel in the future?
Absolutely! We love seeing new material from our clients! (And hearing about all the things you book thanks to your reel!) We charge $25 for each new clip you’d like to add. We’ll swap out something old for the new, reorder and re-edit the clips, and share two new versions of the reel with you, one for YouTube and one for general use.
